Breakfast at Tiffany's

Truman Capote was an interesting character, having been an openly gay man in a time when such things just weren't discussed, and that is really refreshing for a classic writer. And it would also follow that being so interesting, he would have a gift for writing interesting characters. The most famous of his characters was of course, Holly Golightly, who was portrayed in the movie adaptation of "Breakfast at Tiffany's."

This month's crochet pattern is based on that particular novella. Actually, if you want to be exact, it's taken from a scene in the movie in which Holly Golightly answers the door wearing the most charming sleep mask--so charming that we just had to replicate it.
